HL Hawes & Son maintains an immaculate fleet of Jaguar hearses and limousines, caring for each vehicle, and every family, with the pride that has defined our name for generations.

Our Jaguar hearses and limousines are vehicles chosen for their dignity, their presence and the quiet confidence they bring to a procession. Each is professionally polished and meticulously prepared before every service. Our chauffeur-driven limousines seat up to six family members, and our drivers bring calm, unhurried professionalism to every journey.

The fleet is housed and maintained at our Barkingside office, the registered head office of HL Hawes & Son, where it is kept to the highest standards. Every vehicle that leaves our care does so in pristine condition.

We know every road, every junction, every crematorium.

We have been arranging funerals since 1847. Our drivers know the routes from Barkingside and Chingford  to the City of London Cemetery, Crematorium in Manor Park and the East London Cemetery in Plaistow, and the many local churches and chapels our families use. We manage timing, traffic and logistics with the thoroughness that this knowledge allows so that the procession moves with unhurried grace.

Something other than a traditional hearse.

If you have something different in mind, a vintage car, a classic London Routemaster bus, a motorcycle hearse, or another vehicle that better reflects the person, please speak with us. We will do everything we can to arrange it. Whatever your choice of vehicle, we will ensure it is presented and driven with the same care as everything else we do.
